Phillipè Stephenson
Phillipè was born on a beautiful farm in rural Alabama on November 20th 2012 and departed this world on November 29, 2024 in rural Lexington, SC. He was 12 years old and lived a better life than some humans.
At 4 months old he entered the life of “his humans”, Austin, Alicia and Lisa Stephenson and relocated to Charleston SC.
His favorite places to visit were Dog and Duck, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach and King Street. He traveled extensively from New York to Florida and was well known for his photogenic personality in modeling and commercials although signing autographs was not his style.
He was an avid hunter and protector of his home and was deeply loved by his humans. He loved everyone he met and brought joy, beauty and laughter to everyone whose life he touched. His shenanigans will be missed.
He trained his humans well over his 12 years. The natural aristocrat, loved to counter surf. He deeply enjoyed his rotisserie chicken and loafs of bread with butter while laying on his couch.
His life was unfortunately cut short and he spent his last 23 months fighting kidney failure that ultimately took his life.
Preceding him in death was his grandmother, Brenda Stephenson who he loved deeply, his half brother Jagger, his playmates, Izabelle, Candy, Epo, Lisa and Teressa. Who surely welcomed you in heaven.
Left to cherish his memory is Austin, Alicia, Rick, Lisa and Scott Stephenson. As well as everyone he met.
The family would like to thank everyone for the cards, phone calls and compassion shown. Additionally we would like to send a special thanks you to White Knoll Veterinary Hospital and Pet Resort. With a very special thank you to Allie for the amazing support, making our last moments very special that we will cherish for years to come.
We are very thankful for the blessed years we had the opportunity to share with such a lovely spirit.
A “celebration of life” will be held at the VENUE in Columbia SC on Friday from 6 - 10 PM.
In lieu of flowers, we ask donations be made to the CRS Fund.
