Lucy Broughton, 12, of West Columbia, crossed The Rainbow Bridge in the early morning hours of Thursday, April 29, 2021. She was the precious little girl of Sylvia and Robbie Broughton. Lucy found her new family after being orphaned when her parents were returned to Mexico by ICE. She loved her mommy, but new it was treat time when daddy got home from work. She young at heart and will be forever missed.
